Based in Chambéry, France · ghislain@alien.club · GitHub · LinkedIn

Current role

Head of AI Solutions · Alien Intelligence (ongoing)

Building the data infrastructure that connects AI agents to premium knowledge sources. Principal case studies:

  • OpenAIRE MCP — exposing 150M+ scientific publications, datasets, and software records to AI agents via the Model Context Protocol.
  • Gallica / BnF — three-year partnership with the Bibliothèque nationale de France to make digitised heritage consumable by AI agents on the library’s terms (the “diffuseur” model).
  • LDS / Copyfair — European Data Reservation Layer: contract-first data infrastructure preserving copyright and provenance when AI agents ingest rights-holders’ content.

Experience

Data & AI expert · La Fabrique des Mobilités (2021 – ongoing)

  • moB — Mon Compte Mobilité (2021–2024): mobility / standards expert, then project director, then product owner. Platform coordinated public/private mobility services and incentives; closed January 2025 after ADEME / DGITM funding ended.
  • 30 LEV / 30 VELI (2023–2026): programme lead for ADEME-backed field trial of 30 light electric vehicles — telematics stack, usage analytics, open-source dashboards, scale-up study (300 LEV).
  • MaaS open standards (2021–2025): multi-year programme defining national open standards, data flows, and business models for Mobility-as-a-Service in France. Barometers, working groups, roadmaps.

Advisor · Moovance (ongoing)

Previous roles — mobility product and innovation leadership (Capgemini on moB, earlier PO/product roles). Full history available on LinkedIn.
